Dr Poppy Gibbson, an Education researcher, author and lecturer joins us for this episode.
Poppy shares her understanding of creativity creating new neural pathways, she agrees that creativity provides the opportunity for risk taking in safe environments and the opportunity to have fun. She highlights that collaborative creativity opens our minds to new ideas and it is from these new ideas we grow and make connections.
Poppy shares an interesting exercise she carried out over 7 years with trainee teachers which you can try with your own students.
