With a strong commitment to driving a positive impact in underprivileged communities in Uganda, Timothy Wambi was recently nominated for the Top 40 Under 40 Ugandans by the national News Paper Newvision. 

He is the founder of Ajibu Community- a community-based organization dedicated to championing quality education for children by developing engaging and hands-on play and learning resources as well as teachers’ competencies in ensuring better learning outcomes for children. 

Ajibu Community provides educational opportunities to children who wouldn't have received any education at all, the community develops and distributes play and learning resources to make learning engaging and meaningful for children. They also run community workshops on early childhood education and train rural parents on purposeful home-based learning. 

Timothy envisions a world where all children have the tools to succeed and change the world.
