Winsy is the Global Director of Education & Innovation at Rocket Productions.

With over 16 years in the British independent education sector, she has held leadership roles, developed pedagogical frameworks, designed learning environments, delivered teacher training, and led action research.
For more than a decade, she has been developing innovative educational projects that go beyond traditional schooling, rooted in the belief that education should evolve with the world, and be meaningful, adaptable, and human. She is clear that modern education should see students as explorers, inventors, creators, and thinkers!

Rocket Productions launched in 2018 with the ambition to start a revolution in education, nurturing tomorrow’s creators and thinkers. They have reimagined the learning landscape as a place of adventure, exploration and discovery, transforming spaces into 'theatres of learning' where joyful, memorable childhood experiences are crafted. Rocket productions have been recognised as one of 6 schools in the world leading educational advancement through progressive and creative education.

Let's explore whether this is all Rocket Science or if this episode will fuel your fire to reach for the stars...
