Gloria Garbujo is a Creative Arts Therapist, Coach, Supervisor, and Consultant. She helps individuals and organisations cultivate resilience and embrace change through creative methods. She has over a decade of professional experience working with clients across Europe and internationally as a registered Arts Therapist (Dramatherapist) with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists. Her Mindful Arts Workshops incorporate story telling, creative writing, ink painting, mindful movement and breathing techniques to promote awareness, self-expression and well-being.
In this episode we investigate the power of the creative arts in school to support learners’ wellbeing.
